Reality
What does reality mean to me? I believe that reality is seeing the world as it is not as you want it to be. Reality is hard and can sometimes be cold and unforgiving. But reality can change. I don't think it can have a set definition. If you want something really bad and you work for it until you get it that has become part of your reality. I actually had part of what I would call my reality cleared up for me. I wished so much to believe in a friend of mine that I didn't realize that she was just using me. She was a big part of my life and so a part of my reality. The effect she had on my reality was not for the better. The reality of my situation hit me in the middle of a conversation we were having. Webster's dictionary states that reality is the quality or state of being real. In my situation what was real was that my friend just wanted to be around me for the things I could do for her.I think that reality is hard to see. No one really wants to face it no one can escape reality for long.

Academic Promise
I promise to never plagiarize from anyone. Plagiarizing is a very bad practice and I will not participate in it. Turning in my own work is rewarding to me. Turning in a paper that is not mine will not help me grow and learn. Plagiarizing will get me no where and in the end will only hurt me personally and academically.
This advertisement is for the Australian Post. The advertisement is trying to get more people to use the post office. They are doing this by giving the idea that if you send a letter it will be more personal. That if you send others a letter it would be like being in the room with them. Sending e-mails has become a major source of communication. E-mails don't have the same feel of a letter. A letter is more personable. You get the feeling that someone really cares about you from a letter. An e-mail or even a text seems very absentminded.
The advertisement itself is giving a very personal message. The background to the advertisement looks hand written to give the poster the feel of a letter. The act of writing a letter can show how much the writer cares. The message on the bottom says "If you really want to touch someone send them a letter" is shown by the people hugging. It is saying that if you want to show that you care about someone you need to write a letter and send it though Australian Post.
